Financial
My practice accepts cash, check, and most major credit cards. Receipts for Insurance reimbursement can be provided. Accepting HSA and FSACards.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an appointment, I ask that you provide at least a 24 hours notice. A fee will be charged for no shows or late cancellation, and patients may be discharged for repeatedly missing scheduled appointments.
